Kaleidoscope Kids Early Learning Centres are modern, beautiful, purpose built childcare facilities which provide high quality care and standards in caring for the leaders of the future, your children.
Providing care for children from six weeks to six years; Kaleidoscope Kids pride themselves on a team of highly motivated, qualified, experienced, warm and nurturing educators who are all dedicated to the personal development and care of each individual child. Our educators regularly observe each individual child using a wide variety of both group and individual settings. These observations help to document each individual child’s progress to aid in catering for the best possible learning experiences for each child to develop into their fullest potential.
At Kaleidoscope Kids Early Learning Centres we combine routine and spontaneous activities to provide a varied and exciting curriculum for the children. The activities cover all areas of your child’s development, as well as encouraging the children to use their imaginations, creativity and spontaneity.
Kaleidoscope Kids Early Learning Centres also celebrate a wide variety of multicultural and imaginative events to capture the children’s interests and imaginations.
Our team of professionals are caring, committed, motivated and dedicated to helping to provide a warm, safe and interactive environment to stimulate, as well as educate the children within our care.
At Kaleidoscope Kids Early Learning Centres we offer an “all inclusive” service providing nappies, wipes and sunscreen as well as the following:
A Flexible Curriculum
Kaleidoscope Kids Early Learning Centres facilitate flexible learning environments designed to meet the individual needs of each child. Each Educator’s curriculum decisions are based on their deep understanding of each child developed through observation and open communication with the child’s family.
This understanding of each child, their interests, needs and abilities, in conjunction with the Early Years Learning Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines, guides our Educators as they support the learning, development and wellbeing of each child.
Nutritionally Balanced Meals
Our qualified kitchen staff prepare each meal fresh in our onsite kitchens and to cater to all children’s dietary and cultural requirements.
All basic food groups are represented in our menus and there are no limits to the number of helpings the children can have.
Each Kaleidoscope Kids Centre may provide different menus that are subject to change at any time and due to seasonal availability.
What Makes Us Different
At Kaleidoscope Kids Early Learning Centres families will not be discriminated against the basis of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability or family structure. In accordance with our Company Philosophy all children are treated equally and with respect regardless of gender, culture, language, beliefs and additional needs.
“The children and families in early childhood programs reflect the ethnic, cultural and linguistic diversity of the nation. The nation’s children all deserve an early childhood education that is responsive to their families, communities and racial, ethics, and cultural backgrounds. For young children to develop and learn optimally, the early childhood professional must be prepared to meet the diverse developmental, cultural, linguistic and educational needs. Early childhood educators face the challenge of how best to respond to these needs.” National Association for the Education of Young Children, 1995.
Our educators, parents and management enclose the concept of cross-cultural and non-discriminatory curriculum and this perspective is implemented throughout all curriculums. We believe that our educational curriculums must support the child’s self esteem and respect their family, community, ethnics and linguistic origins.
